Finest Solutions builds and operates CRM portals for business clients. The Connector is the component that lets each client link their own WhatsApp Business account to their own portal, so their staff can send and receive WhatsApp messages inside the system they already use.

How it works

• A portal administrator starts Meta’s Embedded Signup flow from their portal’s integration settings.
• They authorise the connection against their own WhatsApp Business Account. The account and number stay theirs.
• The portal can then send and receive messages on that number. Incoming messages appear in the relevant conversation.
• The connection can be revoked at any time, from the portal or from Meta Business Manager.

Who it is for

The Connector is business software, available only to client businesses for whom we operate a CRM portal under a written agreement. It is not a consumer service and has no public sign-up.

Permissions used

• whatsapp_business_management — to complete onboarding and read the connected account’s configuration.
• whatsapp_business_messaging — to send and receive messages on the client’s behalf.
