Finest Solutions WhatsApp Connector

Terms of Service

Last updated: 21 August 2026

These terms govern use of the Finest Solutions WhatsApp Connector (the “Connector”), operated by Finest Solutions LLC, Sharjah Media City, Al Messaned 515000, United Arab Emirates (licence no. 2221792.01).

1. Who these terms apply to

The Connector is business software. It is made available to client businesses for whom Finest Solutions operates a CRM portal under a separate written agreement. It is not a consumer service, has no public sign-up, and is not available to the general public.

Where these terms conflict with a signed services agreement between us and a client, that agreement prevails.

2. What the Connector does

The Connector links a client’s own WhatsApp Business account to their CRM portal, so their staff can send and receive WhatsApp messages inside the portal. The client authorises this through Meta’s Embedded Signup flow and may revoke it at any time from Meta Business Manager.

The client’s WhatsApp Business Account remains the client’s property throughout. We hold delegated access to operate it on their behalf; we do not acquire ownership of the account or the number.

3. Client responsibilities

Each client is responsible for the messages it sends. In particular the client must:

4. Acceptable use

The Connector must not be used to send unlawful, deceptive, harassing or infringing content; to impersonate another person or business; to circumvent Meta’s rate limits, quality ratings or policy enforcement; or to resell access to third parties without our written agreement.

We may suspend a connection immediately where we reasonably believe it is being used in breach of these terms or of Meta’s policies, or where Meta requires us to.

5. Meta’s role and terms

Message delivery depends on the WhatsApp Business Platform, operated by Meta Platforms, Inc. Clients are also bound by Meta’s applicable terms. Meta may change, restrict, suspend or price its platform independently of us, and may suspend a client’s WhatsApp Business Account for policy breaches. We do not control those decisions and are not responsible for them.

Any messaging fees Meta charges for conversations are a matter between the client and Meta, unless a signed agreement says otherwise.

6. Data protection

How personal data is handled is set out in our Privacy Policy. In summary: for message content and contact details, the client is the controller and we act as processor on their instructions; we are controller only for the operational connection data described there.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the Connector available and reliable, but we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Delivery depends on Meta’s platform and on the recipient’s device and network, none of which we control. Maintenance may require short interruptions.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business or loss of data arising from use of the Connector. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

9. Suspension and termination

A client may disconnect their WhatsApp account at any time from within their portal, or revoke our access from Meta Business Manager. On disconnection we delete the stored access token and connection record; message history already in the client’s portal remains under the client’s control and retention policy.

We may terminate access on written notice, or immediately in the circumstances described in section 4.

10. Changes

We may update these terms as the service changes. Material changes will be notified to clients. The date at the top shows when they were last revised.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Sharjah have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer or data protection rights a person may have under the law of their own country of residence.
